IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP NOTICE

The Grist Mill Pool and Tennis Club adheres to the following policies and procedures:

a) In order to be fair, we will always prioritize membership spots for returning members, then by previous year waiting list, then by new members.

b) If a deposit is sent in, the balance will be due no later than May 1st. If the balance is not received, your deposit will be forfeited and your spot will be given to the next in line. Members will not be allowed to use the facility until payment is made in full.

c) The only time a deposit will be refunded,other than a credit toward the full cost of membership, is when there are no membership spots available and you are put on the waiting list.

d) The priority will be to returning members who make a deposit or pay in full, then to families on the waiting list from the year prior, then to new members. Dates used are based on postmark, or, if paid in person, date application and payment received.

If payment and application are received and there are membership spots available, prompt notification of acceptance will be provided. Please feel free to apply at any time as spots inevitably become available.

Please also note:

• Only immediate family members (husband, wife, children) can be registered under a membership plan. Other family members (aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc) must be registered under a different membership.

• Babysitter registrations are limited to one per family. Babysitters must be at least 16 years of age. Babysitters are allowed access while performing their babysitting duties only.

• Individuals under the age of 16 must register with family member or legal guardian.
